Exclusions You Should Be Aware Of
Disclaimer: Please note that customers are responsible for the costs of any services rendered that are not covered by our HVAC maintenance plan. Although the condition of your HVAC system will be assessed during routine maintenance, this does not guarantee its future performance. Access to a ground-level cleanout is a prerequisite for service; rooftop access is not included. Should a drain fail to be cleared using standard cabling methods, hydrojetting may be needed and will incur additional charges. Members are entitled to service for up to two stoppages per drain annually; this does not cover issues arising from misuse, foreign objects, roots, or compromised drainage lines. Services requiring access other than an approved ground-level cleanout will also be subject to extra charges. This membership plan cannot be combined with other offers or coupons. It is non-refundable if either the initial service visit has been completed or the value of your received discounts surpasses the cost of the membership purchased. Your signature on the service estimate and acknowledgment of services provided serve as your acceptance of this contract.
