The City of Torrance. Despite the 90277 ZIP code and Redondo Beach mailing address, the Hollywood Riviera is inside Torrance city limits, so mechanical permits go through Torrance's electronic Accela portal, not Redondo Beach.
How much faster does HVAC equipment corrode near the beach?
