Warranty & Guarantees

What your Cloud Comfort install is actually covered by

No 'satisfaction guaranteed' hand-waving. The manufacturer coverage that ships with every qualifying Daikin install, exactly what it protects, and how to register so it actually holds up.

Manufacturer coverage

The Daikin 12-Year Parts Warranty

As an authorized Daikin Comfort Pro, we install Daikin equipment backed by one of the strongest residential warranties in the industry — a 12-Year Parts Limited Warranty on qualifying systems that are registered within 60 days of installation. On select premium models the coverage upgrades to a 12-Year Unit Replacement Limited Warranty: if a covered component fails during the coverage period, Daikin replaces the entire unit, not just the failed part.

Your first year is also covered by the Daikin Comfort Promise — a 1-year satisfaction period on qualifying installs.

What's covered

  • 12-Year Parts Limited Warranty on qualifying residential systems when registered within 60 days of installation
  • 12-Year Unit Replacement Limited Warranty on select premium models
  • 1-Year Daikin Comfort Promise satisfaction period on qualifying installs
  • Coverage transfers to a subsequent homeowner if registered — a real resale asset

What's not covered

  • Labor charges to remove and reinstall covered parts (see workmanship coverage below)
  • Refrigerant, filters, belts, fuses, or any consumable item
  • Damage from misuse, unauthorized alteration, or lack of reasonable maintenance
  • Any system installed by an unauthorized dealer (registration ties the warranty to who installed it)
Our side of the guarantee

The Cloud Comfort workmanship guarantee

Manufacturer coverage protects the equipment. A workmanship guarantee protects how it was installed. Bad installations are the #1 cause of premature system failure — a Daikin 12-year warranty on parts still assumes your ducts don't leak, your refrigerant charge is right, and your combustion setup is safe.

Every Cloud Comfort install includes:

Startup checklist

Refrigerant charge verified with a manifold gauge and system pressures logged. Static pressure, temperature split, and CFM measured — not guessed.

Permit pulled

City of Torrance or LA County permit filed on your behalf, HERS testing scheduled where code requires it, and inspection sign-off delivered before the job closes.

We stand behind it

If anything we installed fails because of how we installed it, we come back and make it right. Ask us for our current written workmanship terms before you sign — we'll put the exact coverage period in your contract.

Written workmanship terms travel with your install paperwork, not this page — because specific coverage periods and conditions can vary by system type and financing option. Call (424) 376-3298 or ask any Cloud Comfort estimator to walk you through the exact terms for the system you're considering.
