The Torrance office is staffed weekdays 8AM–5PM and Saturdays 9AM–1PM. Our own dispatch answers every call in that window — no scripted call center. For no-cool / no-heat emergencies outside those hours, still call (424) 376-3298 and our on-call desk will triage.
